**Job Description**:
Aecom Winnipeg is hiring an on-call Railway Construction Supervisor.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Provides guidance to employees within the latitude of established policies.
- May establishes procedures that affect immediate organization.
- Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including understanding of current business trends.
- Supervises subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems.
- May have budget responsibilities. Erroneous decision or failure to achieve results adds to costs and may impact short-term goals of organization.
- Supervises the administration of projects during the construction cycle including technical and client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree + 6 years of experience railway construction ) OR Technical Diploma + 8 years of relevant experience OR Highschool + 10 years of relevant experience
- Driving license

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 15+ years railway design, operations, &/or construction experience.
- Proficient with Word, Excel, and other reporting software.
- Prior Experience with North American Class I Railways & Regulatory Bodies
