Day Matron

**Job Title**: Day Matron Cleaner (Female Cleaner)

**Location**: Vancouver BC

**Wage**: $16.75/hour

**Shift**: Full Time, Permanent
- Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Disinfecting all high touch point areas
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming
- Cleaning building common areas, hallways, lobbies, bathrooms, kitchen etc.
- Collect and dispose of trash in garbage containers on a regular basis
- Spot cleaning walls, ceilings, partitions, light switches and window sills, door glass
- Driving a tractor to haul garbage away
- Enhanced cleaning as per work orders when requested
- Additional tasks assigned by Manager

**You have**:

- This is a female specific role, due to attending to busy female washrooms
- Motivation and a willingness to work and learn
- Strong time management skills in order to ensure all work is completed by the end of shift
- Ability to take initiative to determine and complete necessary tasks, even with mínimal supervision
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during daily routine
- Cleaning experience is considered an asset, but not required
- Experience with operating a Tractor is considered an asset
- Must be able to pass a background check
