- Le CIUSSS de l’Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal est présentement à la recherche d’un(e) conseiller(ère) en bâtiment pour combler un poste permanent en projets majeurs à l’Institut universitaire en santé mentale Douglas, située à Verdun.
- Dans le cadre de ses fonctions, le/la conseiller(ère) en bâtiment:
- Assume la responsabilité de la réalisation des projets de construction, de rénovation, de conservation et d'aménagement d'installations;
- Rencontre les clients internes afin de bien cerner les objectifs reliés au projet;
- Organise toutes les activités reliées à la réalisation des projets, telles que la définition du concept, la préparation des plans et devis, les appels d'offres et la surveillance des travaux;
- Coordonne les activités des professionnels et des entrepreneurs et effectue le contrôle administratif et financier des projets qui lui sont confiés.
- Requirements :- Détenir un baccalauréat en génie ou en architecture;
- Être membre de l'Ordre des architectes du Québec ou l'Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec représente un atout;
- Posséder des connaissance en opération du milieu hospitalier et/ou de l'hébergement (un atout);
- Détenir 10 ans d'expérience requis dans des projets d'envergure avec l'implication des parties prenantes multidisciplinaires (ex : le MSSS, la SQI, clients, partenaires, professionnels, consultants, entrepreneurs, etc.);
- Maîtriser la suite Office incluant Excel et Word, Microsoft Projet;
- Avoir de l'expérience dans la réalisation des projets majeurs d'infrastructure publique y compris les phases d'avant-projet (PFT, fiche d'avant-projet), dossier d'opportunité et dossier d'affaires, représente un atout;
- Posséder un permis de conduire valide, avoir accès à un véhicule et être disposé à se déplacer au sein des installations du CIUSSS.

Salaire horaire: 28,33 $ à 52,88 $
