**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Present menus, answer questions, and provide recommendations on food and beverage selections.
- Take accurate orders and ensure special requests or dietary preferences are conveyed to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Monitor table cleanliness and ensure a neat presentation of cutlery, glassware, and table settings.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service throughout the meal.
- Maintain a solid knowledge of our Mediterranean and Italian menu offerings.
- Assist with upselling menu items and beverages, including our extensive wine selection.
- Address any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with colleagues and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of serving experience in a casual fine dining restaurant setting.
- Familiarity with Mediterranean and Italian cuisine is preferred.
- Good understanding of wines and wine pairings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a team player mindset.
- Flexibility in working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
