Le département d'Ingénierie Manufacturière et Procédés est à la recherche d'une personne dynamique afin d'assurer l'efficacité administrative de la fonction, en réalisant des tâches de telles que du support et de la coordination administrative, dans le respect des politiques et procédures internes.
**Responsabilités**
- Création et suivi des Avis de Modification
- Entrée des requis d'outillage dans la base de données
- Création et mise à jour de documents et procédures pour le département
- Suivi des budgets indirects
- Achat de matériel de bureau
- Création et suivi des demandes d'achat
- Approbation des factures
- Supporter le plan de formation du département
- Organisation des déplacements
- Suivi des feuilles de temps
**Compétences requises**
- Diplôme d'études professionnelles en secrétatiat ou toute autre formation pertinente
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (parlé et écrit)
- Maîtrise de la suite MS Office
- Connaissance de SAP un atout
- Aisance à travailler dans un environnement dynamique
- Bonne gestion des priorités
