We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and providing them with a strong foundation for their educational journey. **Duties**:

- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Foster a safe and nurturing learning environment for children
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Monitor and assess children's progress and development
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Maintain accurate records of each child's attendance, behavior, and academic performance
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to promote positive behavior
- Incorporate educational technology and resources into daily lessons

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting
- Strong organizational skills to effectively plan lessons and manage classroom activities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of special education strategies and techniques is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues
- Registered with the collefe of Early Childhood Education

**Salary**: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
