**ABOUT US**

Cleantech Service Group is based in Richmond and provides cleaning and maintenance services to commercial establishments and strata buildings throughout the Lower Mainland. In business since 1996, Cleantech is committed to providing superior, sustainable services to our customers and has seen rapid and continuous growth.

**Objective**:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking residential building cleaner. To ensure that the residential building is clean, well maintained, and provides a pleasant and safe environment for all residents and visitors.
- **Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day (day shift)**

**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Clean all entrance door glass on both sides and remove marks or smudges
- Remove and recycle any flyers, newspapers and junk mail
- Remove finger marks and smudges from vertical surfaces, walls, railings and glass surfaces
- Wipe clean light switches and door handles with disinfectant cleaner
- Inspect and litter pick both inside and outside of the buildings
- Mopping hard surfaced flooring
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping all common areas, including amenities room
- Elevator cleaning, including tracks
- Keep garbage room tidy, replace all garbage bags inside waste receptacles (customer to supply).
- Wash / dust countertops and horizontal surface of furniture, fixtures and ledges
- Report any large items illegally dumped
- Sweep up any spilled litter or papers
- Take all garbage and recyclables to designated bins

**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**
- Reliable and punctual
- Customer service experience is an asset
- Effective verbal and written communication in English
- Ability to deal with residents in a professional, positive, and friendly manner
- Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Salary**: $16.75-$18.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- janitorial: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
