The specific services provided under the arrangement are finance, information technology, human resources, facilities and administration. The host agency is the Office of the Ombudsperson. The Executive Director, Corporate Services, leads the delivery of Corporate Shared Services.

The Service Desk Support position will undertake IT research projects, document network, server and workstation configuration, and provide a variety of Tier 1 support services to approximately 240 staff. Helpdesk support may include response, investigation, resolution and escalation for a variety of requests, incidents and alerts.
