We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Superintendent to join our construction team. The Site Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. It's a leadership role that requires excellent supervisory skills and a strong understanding of construction processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities
- Manage and direct subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project plans and specifications
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents
- Monitor project budget and expenses, making adjustments as necessary to stay within budgetary constraints
- Maintain accurate records of all construction activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders
- Utilize construction management software (e.g., ProCore, Bluebeam) to track project milestones and communicate with team members

**Skills**:

- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficient in budgeting and cost control techniques
- Excellent knowledge of quality control procedures and standards
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders

**Salary**: $5,500.00-$7,500.00 per month
