Hamilton, Canada Incline Coffee Shop Full time

We have an _exciting opportunity_ for a _Store Manager_ to join the Incline Coffee team at inside Townhall Social Eatery on Concession St in Hamilton.

Store Managers run their store as if it belongs to them, from managing daily operations to taking responsibility for financial results. This is not a back-room management position but focuses on the front line connecting with customers and partners. The role provides the opportunity to develop your own Team, hiring and welcoming new team members and future leaders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the shop, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Ensure high-quality customer service is delivered at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in kitchen, restaurant management, or food service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in food handling and safety procedures
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
