**Job Duties / Accountabilities**:

- Program Delivery
- Ensure Risks are identified and establish a mitigation plan
- Prime interface with key Stakeholders
- Provide problem-solving leadership to project team in project scope, timeline, functions, etc.
- Track and report on project progress.
- Provide support to the prioritization and escalation process.
- Develop/maintain working relationships
- Participate in the development of new processes and improvements to existing ones
- Financial Management of assigned projects
- Planned vs. Forecasted vs. Actual

**Critical Requirements / Competencies**:

- Minimum 3 yrs. experience in Access Network
- Project management experience
- Experience coaching and motivating others
- Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task/time manage/prioritize
- Ability to work under tight time constraints and meet deadlines with a sense of urgency
- Strong aptitude to recognize opportunities for improvement and take appropriate action
- Demonstrated ability to inspire employee involvement and teamwork

**Preferred Requirements / Competencies**:

- Prior management / supervisory experience
- Knowledge of outside plant installation, maintenance, or construction
- Knowledge of other Bell Canada systems-SAP, Legends, Network Engineer, Martens
- PC Proficient - Intermediate to Advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
