**Bilingual Manager of Treatment/Transition Residential Services - Developmental Services**
**Must be fluent in reading, writing and oral communication in both official languages.**
**Main office location is in Orleans, Ontario, but work location for this position is in Navan, Ontario.**
70 - 88 bi-weekly hours (Full Time). Overtime may be required. On-call 24/7 Secondary contact. May be required to work Statutory Holidays.

Innovative Community Support Services (ICSS) is a non-profit charitable organization that is committed to creating and providing families & individuals with innovative, high quality and cost-effective community-based programs and services that promote a strong sense of wellbeing.
**Job Summary**
The manager will be required to sit on all Provincial Committees, as required. The manager will interact with all local networks, including but not limited to Urgent Response, Pressures and Priorities, Ottawa Hospital, MCCSS, and families. Lead the program teams responsible for the daily delivery of ICSS’ Treatment/Transition Residential program. Working in conjunction with the executive director, the manager is responsible for all management functions, risk assessment, fiscal management, regulatory compliance, and facility management of residential services within ICSS. The manager will be responsible for providing leadership that supports and promotes the strategic direction of ICSS while developing and supporting the residential supervisors. The manager ensures individuals supported in the programs are receiving quality services and supports that promote independence and dignity in their lives and community. Through intentional leadership, resource management, quality planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation the manager will ensure continuous improvement, staff engagement, stakeholder relations and adherence to all relevant legislative requirements.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Reflect and interpret the agency’s Mission Statement, Vision Statement and Service Principles in your work with enthusiasm and commitment.
- Follow and possess strong awareness of the policies, procedures, and practices of Innovative Community Support Services.
- Ensure complete and confidential information is kept for everyone receiving support and monitor quality while adhering to confidentiality agreements as it pertains to individuals and agency information and business.
- Keep the executive director informed of activities in operational support which are essential to the success of the operation, including all contentious or controversial issues and serious occurrences.
- Participate as a member of management in key organizational development areas such as organizational design, change management, team building and leadership development. Monitor and report outcomes.
- Represent the organization in meetings with governments, community partner organizations, provincial associations and any other representation that may be required from time to time.
- Participate in community activities as appropriate and/or as assigned to further community understanding to support the organization and its services.
- Exemplify the values of the agency within the workplace and in the community and demonstrate a respectful and professional attitude towards people supported, staff, families, community partners, funders, and volunteers.
- Participate in Service System Planning tables at both the local and regional levels.
- Become a member of advisory groups, coalitions, and committees, as needed.
- Attend professional development to enhance overall management and agency knowledge and performance.
- Develop and oversee organizational mechanisms and practices that reflect an outcome approach to service, person-directed planning, quality assurance, organizational effectiveness, and evidence-based approach.
- Together with the executive director, establish long-range goals and objectives of the residential programs and make recommendations regarding their implementation and related outcomes.
- In conjunction with the executive director, develop annual service plans and budgets, including forecasted expenditure estimates to ensure adequate services are provided within the limit of resources. In addition, provide information to the director to help develop new budgets.
