Delivers exceptional service to customers and prospects. Works collaboratively within the office and with partners to deliver the desired client experience and achieve overall business objectives.
- Supports client requests for administrative needs i.e. banking changes, address updates ext.
- Welcomes clients warmly and meets their service and transactional needs with seamless execution.
- Reviews customer profiles and engages customers in a needs-based conversation to identify potential opportunities.
- Executes routine tasks (e.g. service requests, transactions, queries, etc.) within relevant service level agreements.
- Acts as a key member of a collaborative and versatile team.
- Organizes work information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Takes the initiative to find creative approaches that make each customer’s experience feel personal.
- Follows through on risk and compliance processes and policies to ensure we safeguard our customers’ assets, maintain their privacy, and act in their best interest.
- Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- prior experience in financial services is an asset; post-secondary degree or certification in related field of study is desirable.
- High-level knowledge of personal financial planning
- Projects a professional presence.
- Resourceful self-starter with confidence to communicate with clients.
- Readiness to collaborate and work in different capacities as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and connections with advisors and clients.
- An aptitude for listening, solving problems, and responding flexibly and creatively to new challenges.
- Verbal & written communication skills - Basic (in business environment).
- Organization skills - Basic (in business environment).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

**Benefits**:

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surrey, BC V3S 5J9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

**Experience**:

- administrative assistant or Financial Services: 1 year (preferred)
