At Trebor, we've been manufacturing high-quality aluminum equipment and accessories for semi-trailers and trailers since 1985. Our team is currently expanding and we're looking for a Warehouse Coordinator.

Focuses on organizing inventory, coordinating the receipt and distribution of materials, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

Pay: $21-$23

Monday-Friday

7:00AM-4:00pm

**Requirements and skills**:

- Proven experience working in a Warehouse or in a relevant role.
- Attention to detail and results-oriented approach.
- Responsible, trustworthy and able to process information

**Responsibilities**:
1) **Material Organization**:

- Sort and organize materials and products in the warehouse according to established procedures.
- Arrange items in designated storage locations to optimize space and facilitate easy access.

2) **Inventory Control**:

- Monitor and manage hardware supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and inventory records.

3) **Receiving Materials**:

- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and compliance with purchase orders.
- Unpack and verify materials, and ensure that all documentation (e.g., packing slips, bills of lading) is complete and accurate.

4) **Documentation and Data Entry**:

- Record and update inventory records and material movements in the warehouse management system (WMS) or other tracking tools.
- Prepare and file necessary reports related to inventory and material handling.

5) **Material Handling**:

- Use appropriate equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) to move materials within the warehouse.
- Ensure materials are handled safely to prevent damage and maintain their quality.

6) **Stock Replenishment**:

- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering or reordering hardware supplies as needed.
- Coordinate with suppliers or procurement teams to address stock shortages or supply issues.

7) **Quality Control**:

- Conduct quality checks on received materials to ensure they meet required standards and specifications.
- Report any issues or discrepancies with materials to management.

8) **Warehouse Maintenance**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or maintenance needs.

9) **Customer Support**:

- Assist with internal requests for materials and ensure timely fulfillment of material needs for various departments or projects.
- Address and resolve any issues related to material handling or supply discrepancies.

10) **Process Improvement**:

- Suggest and implement improvements to material handling and storage processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Exigences et compétences:

- Minimum 2 ans d'expérience ( Ne postulez pas si vous n'avez pas cette expérience)
- Doit connaître le français et l'anglais ( Ne pas postuler si vous n'avez pas cette connaissance)
- Expérience confirmée dans un entrepôt ou dans un rôle pertinent.
- Souci du détail et approche axée sur les résultats.
- Responsable, digne de confiance et capable de traiter l'information.

Responsabilités:
1) Organisation du matériel:
Trier et organiser les matériaux et les produits dans l'entrepôt conformément aux procédures établies.

Disposer les articles dans les lieux de stockage désignés afin d'optimiser l'espace et de faciliter l'accès.

2) Contrôle des stocks:
Contrôler et gérer les fournitures de matériel, en veillant à maintenir des niveaux de stock adéquats.

Effectuer des inventaires réguliers et rapprocher les écarts entre les inventaires physiques et les registres d'inventaire.

3) Réception des matériaux:
Inspecter les livraisons entrantes pour s'assurer de leur exactitude, de leur qualité et de leur conformité avec les bons de commande.

Déballer et vérifier les matériaux, et s'assurer que tous les documents (par exemple, les bordereaux d'expédition, les connaissements) sont complets et exacts.
