**About the Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Business Manager, the Clerk provides support within the centralized staffing office. Utilizing Sharepoint and Excel the Clerk will answer telephone and complete call outs for immediate and future staffing needs; contact the external agency for replacement staff; book patient attendants/sitters for units when required; perform data entry and filing; adhere to collective agreements.
**About You**:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
- Grade 12 plus one year related experience performing data entry, customer service, time management, organizing, and multitasking OR graduate of a recognized one year
secretarial/business program- Good working knowledge of windows, word, spreadsheets, and database programs required
- Excellent organizational skills and flexibility in meeting workload demands
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Customer Service Experience an asset
- Attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of office equipment e.g. fax, telephone, copier
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred
**A skills test will be conducted as part of the selection process.**Hours**:
- Permanent full-time position; 70 hours biweekly
- Hybrid position; combination of work from home and office
- Shifts between 0600-1800, 7 days a week (12, 8 and 4 hours shifts)
- Shifts include weekends and holidays
**Compensation and Incentives**:
$20.09 - $21.91 Hourly
