Dynatrace Specialist

**Key Responsibilities and Job Duties**:

- Build & develop dashboards in Dynatrace
- Analyze performance and availability data (both synthetic and real-user); providing clear, in-depth, and concise analysis
- Requirement gathering and ability to carry out environment analysis from an APM perspective
- Coordinate with various project stakeholders and partner support teams to ensure seamless tool deployment
- Ability to cross-train peers with tool usage and assist in creation of best-practices

**Key Competencies and Experience**:

- 5-7 years IT industry experience
- Must have hands-on implementation and development experience in Dynatrace On-Premise and SaaS-based solutions
- Have hands-on experience in creating, designing and building dashboards in Dynatrace
- You must love data and finding patterns in data
- Technology is a big part of your business and personal life
- You are a great communicator (both verbal & written)
- Dynatrace Certified Associate, Dynatrace, Online certification considered an asset but not required
- Thorough knowledge of SDLC (Waterfall, Scaled Agile, Scrum)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
