Warehouse Supervisor

**JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW**

Reporting to the Equipment Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of the warehouse by streamlining processes. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee and ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, inventory, stocking and repair (minor) of all warehouse and job site equipment and consumables. They may be required to oversee other employees working at warehouse duties, and will work alongside the crew to ensure efficiency of all shipping and receiving components, including job site content. This role will require a licensed forklift and valid drivers license

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and optimize inventory stock levels and identify obsolete and/or surplus stock;
- Demonstrate commitment to an injury-free environment through own actions and mentoring others;
- Participate in developing monthly team KPI’s to drive accountability and accuracy;
- Communicate goals, objectives, strategies, results and plans;
- Responsible for all incoming and outgoing freight, storage of the freight and supplies in the warehouse;
- Maintains a clean and organized warehouse;
- Unloads products safely and promptly from delivery trucks, and properly places in the warehouse
- Requisition the ordering of materials, equipment and supplies;
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Accurately, efficiently, and safely picks and assemble customer orders
- Conducts spot inventory counts;
- Champion the company safety policies to ensure all employees working in a warehouse operate in a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
- Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for inventory tracking and reporting
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse setting

**Physical Demands**:

- Sitting/ standing for extended periods of time
- Ability to work evening and weekends if required to meet deadlines
- Flexible work schedule to meet project timetables
- Work in extreme temperatures
- Lifting and bending

**Salary**: $19.91-$30.27 per hour

**Experience**:

- warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
