We are passionate about providing high-quality products and services to our customers, with a focus on sourcing fresh, local flowers and creating a welcoming environment for all.

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused **Barista + Studio Associate** to join our team. As a Barista + Studio Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and sales support to guests. You will greet guests, create espresso beverages, process transactions, offer product recommendations, maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, assist with wine service and ensure a positive customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Create espresso beverages
- Latte art skill is an asset
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and café area.
- Restock merchandise and café supplies as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the management team as needed.
- Follow safety and health regulations and procedures to ensure the safety of customers and staff members.
- Provide wine recommendations off of our curated wine list (training provided)
- Support florists with packaging of florals.

**Requirements**:

- 1 year barista experience required
- Smart Serve
- Food Handlers
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality and/or café role preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Upbeat & positive attitude.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-30 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
