**Position Overview**: We are seeking a motivated Laser Technician to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with or without experience in the aesthetic industry. **Qualifications**:

- Experience in a similar aesthetic / salon / clinic role is an asset but not essential
- Sales experience is an asset
- Superior Customer Service mentality with a strong eye for the fine details
- Ability to be an Ambassador of exceptional service to the clients
- Possess a professional, polished, poised demeanor with excellent communication skills

**Cynosure Training Assets for the New Employee**:

- This position will be provided a clinical certification course through Cynosure Laser, resulting in a diploma for each platform
- This position will be provided with mentorship and coaching through Cynosure’s Practice Development consultant: consultation training, social media training and ongoing support
- Ongoing clinical and service support
- Ongoing Learning opportunities at Cynosure events

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete training courses for device platforms.
- Conduct laser treatments and services on patients (with the Potenza, Viasure and Tempsure Platforms)
- Conduct consultations with patients, create custom skin care packages for each patient.
- Manage social media platforms
- Utilize booking system
- Responsible for sanitizing and stocking supplies needed for cabinets and keeping inventory.
