Juggernaut Computers is currently seeking both a **full-time and part-time** IT Technician to become a part of our team. As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining hardware and software components. You will also need to perform the following responsibilities:

- Installing and configuring network hardware components and cables.
- Configuring network software to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting and resolving network issues to minimize downtime.
- Implementing and enforcing PC management standards and policies.
- Solving computer and server hardware problems.
- Troubleshooting system failures or bugs and providing solutions to restore functionality.
- Performing preventative maintenance tasks on the network to prevent issues.
- Providing timely and efficient technical support to clients and end-users.
- Collaborating with other members of the IT team and management to ensure the network is operating optimally.
- Performing necessary upgrades to the network infrastructure as needed.

To be considered for this position, you should meet the following requirements:

- Possess strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve issues.
- Have in-depth knowledge of various networking technologies, including hardware and software components.
- Possess good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
- Have an aptitude for customer support to provide exceptional service to end-users.
- Be detail-oriented to ensure networks are configured and maintained to industry standards.
- Have hands-on experience with PC/server hardware, Microsoft Exchange, SQL, and SharePoint.
- Be a strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Hold a valid driver's license to travel to client sites as needed. - Possess relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+), which would be an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
