**Responsibilities**:
⦁ Use an in-house CRM to build your business (Brivity, Command)

⦁ Prospect for new clients and build relationships with existing clients

⦁ Utilize social media and other marketing channels to promote properties and generate leads

⦁ Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume

⦁ Stay up-to-date on local real estate market trends

⦁ Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region

⦁ Track your lead and appointment progress, follow-ups and results to make sure all sales goals are met

⦁ Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline

⦁ Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data

⦁ Communicate with Agents regularly getting the most up to date information on assigned qualified leads, appointments, status, signing of contracts, etc...

⦁ Keep up with regular media property inquiries & comments (Facebook, Instagram, Kijiji)

**Qualifications**:
⦁ Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset

⦁ Sales experience, corporate or retail, is an asset

⦁ High school diploma required

⦁ MUST live in Simcoe County & possess a valid CAD driver’s license

⦁ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are important

⦁ High energy, positive attitude, self motivation and drive

⦁ Great orginizational & time management skills

⦁ The ability to accurately input regular data and updates

⦁ A strong work ethic and ability to work independently

⦁ A passion for real estate and helping clients achieve their goals

⦁ Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technology

⦁ Generate leads and build a client base through various channels, including networking, referrals, online marketing

⦁ Familiarity with technology (Google and Microsoft Software)

⦁ Punctuality

**Compensation**:
We work on a combined salary & bonus structure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $31,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
