**Job description**

We are looking for a Housekeeper to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our residents. Responsibilities include maintaining common areas and residential suites, laundry, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms. If you are interested in kickstarting your career in the retirement community industry, we’d like to meet you.

**Responsibilities**
- Sweep and mop floors
- Change bed linen and make bed
- Vacuum carpets
- Dust furniture
- Clean public areas: corridors, elevators, bistro, dining, bathrooms
- Report any technical issues and maintenance needs
- Address guests’ queries (example: on additional services)
- Ensure all assigned residential rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift
- Follow retirement home guidelines

**Skills**
- Work experience as a Housekeeper
- Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products (will also receive training)
- Flexibility to work in shifts, day, evening, weekends
- Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to commute/relocate
