**JOB** SUMMARY**: The **Collections Officer** reports to and works under the direction and supervision of the Built Environment Financial Control Officer.

To assist Six Nations of the Grand River in the performance of their statutory and administrative duties as related to collections within the policies and procedures established by Six Nations of the Grand River.

To provide administrative, general office and clerical duties in the management of account collections for all Six Nations of the Grand River departments.

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Post Secondary Diploma in Business Administration or similar discipline and minimum one years’ work experience in collections or Grade 12 graduate or equivalent and minimum three years’ work experience in collections.
- Must work co-operatively with the public, maintain confidentiality and be bondable.
