Our Newfoundland and Labrador Operations are an integrated mining, milling, and processing operation. Nickel concentrate from the fly-in, fly-out Voisey's Bay operation is shipped to our state-of-art Long Harbour Processing Plant where it is refined into low-carbon and high-purity nickel rounds, cobalt rounds and copper cathodes.

**The Opportunity**

We are currently seeking a** Warehouse Coordinator** to join our **Warehouse Team** at our remote mine site in **Voisey's Bay**, NL. This is a permanent position.

**_This position is based at the Voisey's Bay mine site in Labrador, a fly-in fly-out operation. This position is on a two week on/two week off rotation._**

The Warehouse Coordinator assists leadership with all aspects of the warehouse operations. The Warehouse Coordinator will support the Warehouse Supervisor in working at the Voisey's Bay Mine Site.

Additionally, in this position, you will:

- Implement systems where employees, equipment, and processes are protected against hazards.
- Act as a role model for safety, health, and environment action.
- Identify improvement opportunities and work with team to implement the opportunities.
- Help to ensure warehousing complies to Vale's norms as well as to required internal and external auditing criteria.
- Lead the annual cycle count.
- Oversee traceability of sea containers on site.
- Review various warehouse/inventory reports.
- Lead various initiatives.
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and Systems Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP) software.
- Assist in entry of department schedules, payroll, vacationing, and travel requirements.
- Follow all company policies and procedures (VPS).

**About You**

**Education**:

- Completion of High School Diploma with supplementary training and experience in Warehouse/Inventory Control.
- Preference will be given to applicants with Supply Chain Management Professional Designation (S.C.M.P., C.P.M., C.P.P.) or Supply Chain Logistic Professional Designation (CITT).

**Experience**:

- 3-4+ years experience in a warehouse environment.
- Strong SAP background.
- Must have experience and knowledge with SAP involved in warehousing inventories.

**Skills**:

- Must have strong problem solving, time management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- A background in 5S Lean would be an asset.
