JD:

- Minimum 8 ? 10 Years of experience in Banking domain.
- Min 5+ Years of experience as Business Analyst.
- Strong domain experience in AML.
- Hands on experience in KYC and Risk assessments for customers
- Strong domain experience in customer enrichment, Due diligence and ongoing monitoring for customer. (Like what all items needs to be validated for completion of KYC)
- Strong experience in design, documentation and workflows for system processes.
- Good knowledge of FTP, Daily reports and 3rd party import/export tools like Pega.
- Need to have strong communication skills.
- Need to have good agile knowledge and tools like JIRA and agile ceremonies.
- Experience in Business outcome testing and supporting QE for all the system related queries
- Good to have QE End to End process and knowledge.

**Role Purpose**
- The purpose of this role is to provide solutions and bridge the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver any client solution_

**Do**

Bridging the gap between project and support teams through techno-functional expertise**
- _ For a new business implementation project, drive the end to end process from business requirement management to integration & configuration and production deployment_
- _ Check the feasibility of the new change requirements and provide optimal solution to the client with clear timelines_
- _ Provide techno-functional solution support for all the new business implementations while building the entire system from the scratch_
- _ Support the solutioning team from architectural design, coding, testing and implementation_
- _ Understand the functional design as well as technical design and architecture to be implemented on the ERP system_
- _ Customize, extend, modify, localize or integrate to the existing product by virtue of coding, testing & production_
- _ Implement the business processes, requirements and the underlying ERP technology to translate them into ERP solutions_
- _ Write code as per the developmental standards to decide upon the implementation methodology_
- _ Provide product support and maintenance to the clients for a specific ERP solution and resolve the day to day queries/ technical problems which may arise_
- _ Create and deploy automation tools/ solutions to ensure process optimization and increase in efficiency_
- _ Sink between technical and functional requirements of the project and provide solutioning/ advise to the client or internal teams accordingly_
- _ Support on-site manager with the necessary details wrt any change and off-site support_
- _ Skill upgradation and competency building_
- _ Clear wipro exams and internal certifications from time to time to upgrade the skills_
- _ Attend trainings, seminars to sharpen the knowledge in functional/ technical domain_
- _ Write papers, articles, case studies and publish them on the intranet_
