The Association for Community Living Interlake is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting adults living with an intellectual disability to live a fully inclusive life as members in the community.

The Residential Team Leader is responsible for providing direct supports and services necessary to enable individuals served to develop and maintain a home where they can lead a full life in their community. This includes assisting the residents in all aspects of daily living, social activities, and personal needs as required. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a van. Must obtain good written and communication skills. Staff supervision, daily management and leadership, and financial management duties. Supervisory and Health Care Aide experience an asset as well as related experience. Occasional other duties as required, must be able to work flexible hours and applicant will be required to be on call as a part of a rotation.

Qualifications & Abilities:

- Must be able to provide mentoring and leadership skills for your team
- The ability to work closely with administrative staff is essential.
- Applicant must possess good organizational skills.

Must have (or be willing to obtain) current:

- First aid (company will cover the cost of the course if you don't have)
- Clear criminal record check
- Clear child and adult abuse registry checks
- Valid Driver's License

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
