**WebMarketers** is a growing digital **marketing** company with a centrally located office in the **World Exchange Plaza**. As a team, we work together to identify and execute the right strategies that help our clients grow their businesses and we are looking to expand our management team

As **Project Manager** for **Web Development**, it is your job to provide oversight throughout the entirety of a project’s lifespan. You should have a combination of soft skills, management / coordination skills, and ideally technical knowledge to effectively manage and oversee the project.

Daily responsibilities would involve the **strategic oversight **of ongoing web development projects.

A qualified individual would be excited by the prospect of orchestrating a website's **design** and **development** from start to finish.

Your skills should include, but are not limited to:

- Strong **management** skills to organise and coordinate all aspects of website development projects, including setting timelines and allocating resources within budget.
- Effective **time management **skills to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Excellent **communication **skills to effectively communicate project goals, requirements, and updates to the team, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Strong **leadership **abilities to guide and motivate the team, delegate tasks, and resolve potential challenges.
- Ability to **manage client expectations**, provide regular updates, and address client concerns or feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Analytical** and **problem-solving** skills to identify and address project-related challenges, troubleshoot technical issues, and find effective solutions.
- **Technical knowledge **and understanding of UX principles, web technologies, programming languages, and content management systems (CMS) to effectively communicate with developers, designers, and other clients (optional)
- **Attention to detail** and a focus on **quality** to ensure that the developed website meets the required standards and specifications.
- **Flexibility** and **adaptability** to manage changing project requirements, emerging technologies, and evolving client needs.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
