We are searching for a Data Entry to multi-task between a variety of duties. The Data Entry will be inputting invoices from our clients in an accurate and timely manner, verifying documentation and noting discrepancies and illegible paperwork with the system. This role will also laisse with the other members of the company to aid with any invoice inquiries of concerns. The Data Entry will report to the Accounts Manager.

**About You**:
You possess strong written and verbal communication skills. You have excellent attention to detail and possess the ability to multitask effectively. You’re comfortable working independently with mínimal supervision. You’re able to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.

**Data Analyst Responsibilities**:

- Respond accurately and promptly to ad hoc requests for data analysis and reports.
- Work with management and other business professionals to analyze and interpret data using knowledge of our business environment.
- Improve access to data while strengthening data governance to ensure that data is managed correctly, including data security and data integrity.
- Contribute to designing and testing new analytical capabilities and reports generated from Factorsoft®.
- Work with the business to design and deliver training to raise organizational competency levels in business analytics.
- Detecting and correcting corrupt or inaccurate records.
- Identify and resolve problems promptly and develops alternative solutions.
- Record test results and data audit trails and other technical duties on Factorsoft®.
- Prepare documentation of business requirements, policies, and procedures surrounding the development and maintenance of our data warehouse environment.
- Organize and maintain core data repositories through Factorsoft®.
- Conduct data profiling to analyze the quality of incoming data and advise on any data cleansing rules.
- Perform data entry of information, and make corrections as required.
- Manage and enhance quarterly reporting to provide results and context to deliver actionable insights.
- Work with operational and development staff to review and resolve process failures.
- Communicate results and recommended analyses/approaches to stakeholders.
- Act as a gatekeeper regarding the security and confidentiality of data obtained through all sources.
- Identify process improvement opportunities or necessary process changes for better data collection.
- Identify data quality issues and recommend a plan of action for correcting them.

**Data Analyst Requirements**:

- High School Diploma/ GED Required
- A Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of Data Entry or experience in a similar field is preferred.
- Knowledge of the transportation industry is an asset.
- Background or experience in a finance or logistics field is preferred.
