Finishing Cleaner

**Job description**
Pristine Contracting is looking for a PT Finishing Cleaner who has 10+ years’ experience. We are hiring skilled cleaners to come in to our finished renovations and clean our clients homes to pristine conditions. Our projects require an eye for detail and motivated individuals. **Serious applicants ONLY**

Pristine Contracting is a Canadian based company specializing in home improvements and landscaping. With a large database of contractors, each renovation. Pristine Contracting serves the Durham Region and surrounding area.

**Skills**:*
- Cleaning such as: vacuuming, dusting, sweeping and mopping
- Cleaning of sinks, walls, doors, mirrors
- Wiping/dusting of surfaces as needed
- Fast-pace environment
- Ability to lift a minimum of 20+ pounds

**Requirements**:*
- Minimum of 10+ years’ experience
- Able to work in the Durham Region area
- Must have your own supplies, but will supply if needed over time.
- Must provide your own transportation to and from job sites; gas bonus provided with proof of reciepts.
- Responsible, reliable, and passionate of the industry
- Attention to detail is required in a fast-paced environment and under pressure, performing a variety of finishing tasks relatively independently and as part of the finishing department team.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both as part of a team and individually
- Strong work ethic, with an eye for detail, and wants to over exceed expectations.
- Must be a team player and be able to work in a team setting with fellow co-workers and tradesmen
