We are looking for a dependable Maintenance Person that can complete various remodeling and maintenance tasks at our apartment buildings in Chilliwack and Maple Ridge, BC. Previous experience required. This is a part time position that could lead to full time employment. Wage to be negotiated.

**Duties and Responsibilities** Minor drywall repairs Painting Tile and vinyl plank flooring installation Trim installation Perform basic electrical and plumbing maintenance Installing cabinets Installing appliances

**Requirements and Qualifications ** High school diploma or GED certificate preferred Able to lift at least 50 lbs. Familiarity with basic hand and power tools Reliable transportation Flexible schedule Mechanical aptitude
