**Role Summary**

Reporting to the Customer Success Manager, the Order Entry Associate Co-op/Intern will be responsible for processing customer orders in a timely manner. In addition, you will be responsible for handling customer order related issues, such as pricing discrepancies, as well as assisting our Customer Service team with ongoing projects.

**Snapshot of Responsibilities**:

- Process daily customer orders by entering data provided on the Purchase Order
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to address missing documentation or information
- Advise customers of any delays related to their orders and subsequently provide them with an estimated time of arrival
- Deliver exceptional customer experience and recommend operational improvements where opportunity exists
- Assist the Customer Service Team with ongoing projects where required
- Comply with the company’s Health & Safety policies and inform management of unsafe working conditions
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks such as filing, mailing and other duties as assigned

**What you bring to the team**:

- You are a **current or graduating post-secondary student**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Able to work well independently (potentially remotely) and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
- Fluent in English (written and oral); French would be an asset
- Knowledge with ERP or order processing systems would be an asset
