The Warman Small Animal Hospital, conveniently located in the heart of downtown Warman, offers full time companion animal veterinary care and after hours services, including elective and emergency medicine and surgery, dentals, diagnostic imaging, annual examinations, and vaccinations.

As a **Receptionist,** you are the first person to meet and greet our clients and patients, letting them know how important they are to us.

*Wage will be based on experience.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum high school diploma
- A love for animals
- Ability to work with a team
- 1-3 years’ experience in office setting would be an asset
- Must have exceptional customer service skills and strong organizational skills.
- Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

**Duties**:

- Welcomes clients/patients by greeting them in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
- Responsible for processing invoices.
- Responsible for maintaining patient files.
- Coordinates appointment changes, cancellations, and changes with other staff members as needed.
- Light cleaning duties.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Salary**: $31,200.00-$35,360.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Reception: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
