**Jardeg is recruiting for Pipefitter Journeypersons to join our Bonnyville Fabrication Shop team in Bonnyville, AB. This is a temporary full-time position on a 10/4 rotation or 5/2.**

**Previous fabrication and assembly shop experience considered an asset.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Layout, assemble, fabricate, maintain, and repair piping systems which carry water, steam, chemicals, or fuel used in heating, cooling, lubricating and other processes.
- Demonstrate knowledge of functional operation of various piping system components by measuring, cutting, threading, grooving, and bending of pipes, valves, and fittings.
- Use testing equipment effectively to check for system leaks and troubleshoot fitting errors.
- Gather all pipe fittings required for the drawing package, document heat numbers, cutting pipe, prep fittings, prepping dlegs/trunnions.
- Set up fittings and pipe to be tacked, tacking experience required.
- Experience with Fabrication and Assembly.
- Able to read and interpret Acorn & isometric drawings.
- Hydrotesting experience required.

**Requirements**:

- Journeyperson Certification required.
- Construction Safety Training Systems 2020 Certification required.
- WHMIS 2015
- AWP
- Fall Protection
- Satisfactory completion of a Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test
