If you are the type of person who looks for the best in everyone, who brings out the potential in your team members, who plays a crucial role in hiring, developing and engaging those who have that "Coutu" touch, as part of the pharmacy management team, you will have the opportunity to be a "Coutu".Within your team, your essential role will be:
- to plan, organize and control all operational and human resources management activities in accordance with the Jean Coutu Group's standards ;
- to ensure that the commercial image respects the Jean Coutu Group's standards ;
- to hire the personnel required for the smooth running of the pharmacy ;
- supervise his/her work team, see to their training and evaluate them ;
- to plan the budget for the pharmacy.
