We are looking for a highly capable Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to support our Truro and Amherst locations, from the office in Truro.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing superior customer service to MWSI customer in the ICI and Municipal lines of business.
- Process customer service transactions generated from service contracts, service changes, billing issues, temporary orders, extra services.
- Resolve all customer inquiries and report customer issues.
- Data entry of clients into TRUX software for both municipal and ICI customers.
- Work with sales, operation and administration departments to complete or resolve customer requests within the east coast operations.
- Special projects for market growth opportunities.
- Fleet-mind monitoring and report generation for heavy bins, densification, etc.
- Major Account monthly waste diversion reports.
- Working closely with both operations and sales to ensure a harmonious relationship through ensuring resolution are found to all issues.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
