Following the grand opening of Hotel Grand Pacific’s exciting new restaurant, Fathom, more and more people want to experience our top-class hospitality for themselves. As such, we’re growing our team and hiring a skilled Bartender.

An independent luxury property located on Victoria’s beautiful inner harbour in the heart of the tourist zone, we offer a professional and supportive work environment.

**Duties**:

- Prepare drinks for Fathom Restaurant, Lounge and Room Service
- Set the tone for a welcoming, comfortable, and relaxing environment
- Help increase revenue using product knowledge and sales skills
- Cultivate regular clientele and maintain profiles of drink preferences
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of the Lounge area
- Assist with stock control
- May be required to cover food service in the Restaurant from time to time

**What We’re Looking For**:

- At least 3 years of recent bartending experience
- Extensive knowledge of food, beverages, and wine
- Mixology certificate an asset
- Serving it Right and Food Safe Certification
- Working knowledge of Squirrel POS
- Engaging and personable demeanour
- High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
- Available to work 4-5 shifts per week
