**Responsibilities**:
Duties may include all or a portion of, but not limited to, the following:

- Identify opportunities to improve the plant in Safety, Quality, Profit and Delivery.
- To lead all levels of projects to ensure these projects achieve the budgeted improvements in safety, cost, quality and productivity while maintaining the project spend and timelines.
- Acts as a Coach, Mentor and Teacher for Lean project teams.
- Teach and coach appropriate continuous improvement tools and methodologies across the organization. Mentoring others in continuous improvement tools and principles using standardized lesson materials. Assists in formatting updated training materials.
- Leading and coaching day-to-day implementation of CNH Business System standard concepts predominantly in manufacturing areas.
- Assist leaders and managers with project prioritization and initiation
- Facilitate team use of Lean Tools, including Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, PDCA/Problem Solving Process, and identifying Waste.
- Investigating and analyzing production methods and processes to identify improvements to drive efficiency, reduce cost and eliminate waste.
- Actively seeking out best practices to share and implement at the sites.
- Teach, coach, and install Shop Floor Management best practices throughout organization.
- Implement knowledge gained to find opportunities and drive process improvements within departments and across the value stream.
- Facilitating or coaching continuous improvement workshops such as Kaizen weeks.
- Supporting more advanced and complex process improvements.
- Supporting, coaching, and partnering with the manufacturing team at Senior Manager level to implement, grow, and sustain the Daily Management structure and cadence.
- Lead the COMPASS room for the management team.
- Removing roadblocks for teams, while mentoring them to do the same for themselves - teach, inspire, and empower.
- Assisting less advanced practitioners in proper usage of Lean tools.

The annual salary for this role is $82,000 - $117,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Must be adept at IT systems and Microsoft Office products - Access, Power Point, Excel, Word, Visio and Project.
- A minimum of three years of teaching and coaching continuous improvement tools and principles.
- A minimum of three years of working with cross-functional teams.
- Three to five years in an operations role (such as Continuous Improvement, Production, or Quality).
- Familiarity with CNH Industrial Business System (CBS) and/or Toyota Production System (TPS) concepts.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience coaching team members and leaders in an operations environment.
- Proven understanding of Lean Manufacturing Methodology.
- Certification or significant experience in Lean and/or Six Sigma.
- Superior problem solving and analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative).
- Strong written and presentation skills.
