We provide customized, cost effective, professional service for engineered bids, spec projects and design-build mechanical solutions while focus on fulfilling the building construction needs of developers, municipalities, and industrial commercial companies).
Job Responsibilities:
Run projects and supervise workers
Manage on site tools and equipment
Confidently read and interpret blue prints and schematic drawings, specifications
Ensure As-Built drawings & valve tag schedules are current
Ensure installations comply with applicable codes and regulations.
Attend design & trade meetings
Maintain paperwork such as Hazard Assessments, Timesheets, Daily Logs, Safety Forms, etc
Ensure health and safety regulations and the company Operational Health and Safety Manual are followed
Assist with Project Team to order, receive, and manage materials and equipment
Required Qualifications:
Skilled in written and oral communication, problem solving, decision making, critical thinking, job task planning, organizing and meeting schedules and deadlines
Hard working, mechanically inclined, dedicated, motivated, positive, team player with the highest standard of workmanship and detail to provide excellent customer service
Five years of related experience including installation of all types of plumbing & mechanical systems with all types of materials
Willing and able to work in Manitoba & NW Ontario (occasional overnight out of town work)
Require security clearance, criminal record check, driving record check
Require a valid Manitoba Driver’s License
