M.I.C. Canadian Eatery & Whisky Pub is a well established independent restaurant that has been serving up mouthwatering food and quality Canadian service since 2010. We are currently looking for an driven & passionate individual to join our experienced management team and help us grow upon our long-term success.

The Front of House Manager will respond directly to the General Manager and while on shift is responsible for the success of the entire operation. More specifically, the Front of House manager is responsible for the following tasks:

- Training and development of all Front of House staff, with a keen understanding of enforcing our high standards in a positive and constructive manner.
- Ensuring that guest satisfaction is kept at a very high level, and that any issues are dealt with in a quick and satisfactory way.
- Maintaining inventory levels and placing weekly/monthly orders for small wares, disposables and soft drinks.
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our beer and liquor vendors, implementing promotions & creating staff engagement with new products.
- Ensuring that all staff cleaning tasks are completed and logged.
- Hiring and onboarding new Front of House staff in a professional manner, ensuring that staffing levels reflect our labor requirements.
- A strong understanding of back of house operation (some experience cooking is an asset)
- Well-rounded customer service skills
- Leadership qualities and strong decision-making skills
- The ability to thrive under pressure and rise to any occasion
- General computer skills
- Organization and focus

We expect all managers to be on the floor and **very **present during our service periods, engaging with our amazing clientele and adding quality to our guests experiences. Our success has been driven by engaging with our amazing clientele, meeting new guests and always striving to be better every day.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
