Fondé en 1941 en tant que service local de ramassage et de livraison de colis le jour même, Speedy Transport est devenu l’un des principaux transporteurs du centre du Canada. Aujourd’hui, nous exploitons des services de transport sophistiqués à partir de terminaux situés le long du corridor Windsor-Québec 401, avec un parc de plus de 450 propriétaires-exploitants et plus de 500 employés qui exploitent sept terminaux principaux. La construction de trois autres sites est en cours.

Nous nous éloignons d’embaucher un Dispatcher qualifié et responsable à temps plein pour rejoindre notre équipe en pleine croissance. Équipe de répartition locale chargée d'envoyer notre chauffeur local au client pours la livraison et le ramassage. Tout en respectant toutes les, les politiques de l’entreprise et les règlements de sécurité pertinents.

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Dispatcher des chauffeurs (combinaison de tracteurs et camions porteurs) pour les livraisons locales.
- Planification, ordonnancement et exécution de méthodes et de procédures pour l'acheminement et le mouvement du fret les plus efficaces et les plus économiques.
- Assurez-vous que le fret est chargé, apparié, manifeste, traité et expédié en temps opportun pour garantir les normes de service de Speedy.
- Aider les conducteurs et les opérations avec des préoccupations ou des questions.
- Répondre aux appels des clients rapidement et efficacement.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les opérations pour assurer un flux de fret fluide et efficace.

**Qualifications requises**:

- Une expérience antérieure en expédition est un atout.
- Une expérience avec MS Excel et Outlook est préférable.
- Une expérience antérieure en service à la clientèle est un atout important.
- Capacité à respecter les délais avec des volumes de travail élevés dans un environnement au rythme rapide.
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
- Bilinguisme en français et en anglais

We are looking to hire a skilled, and responsible full-time **Dispatcher **to join our growing team. Local Dispatch team responsible for dispatching our local driver to customer for delivery and pickup, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the safe and timely delivery while adhering, company policies, and safety regulations.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Dispatching drivers (combination of tractors and straight trucks) for local deliveries.
- Planning, scheduling, and executing methods and procedures for the most efficient and economical routing and movement of freight.
- Ensure freight is loaded, matched, manifest, processed and dispatched in a timely manner to ensure Speedy's service standards.
- Assist drivers and operations with concerns or questions.
- Respond to customer calls quickly and efficiently.
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth, efficient flow of freight.

**Position Qualifications**:

- Previous Dispatch experience is preferred.
- Experience with MS Excel and Outlook is **preferred**.
- Previous customer service experience is **a strong asset.**:

- Ability to meet deadlines with high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Bilingualism in French and English
