**Child Residential Aide**

Currently we have **part-time after school ** positions providing professional support to children with disabilities in the family home and in the community.

Supporting the family and the child in working towards meeting annual goals for the child. Responsibilities include working on specific tasks, community outings and building rapport/relationships with the child. Positions are all part time hours and are a joint decision between the parent and the staff. Hours may increase temporarily during school closures and summer months. A vehicle and willingness to participate in community outings is required.

Parkland C.L.A.S.S. is a community-based organization, focused on increasing the quality of life for children and adults with developmental disabilities through individual choice, dignity and rights. We support over 380 Individuals in Central Alberta.
- Hourly wage: $16.84 - $18.30

**The Requirements**:

- Completion of Grade 12 or General Equivalency Diploma
- 1-year experience in a related field of Human Service
- Acceptable Police Information Check & Child Intervention Check
- Vehicle and a valid driver’s license (with valid insurance, registration & acceptable driver’s abstract).
