**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a team of workers in the construction of various landscaping projects, including the installation of retaining walls, patios, and outdoor living spaces.
- Manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
- Have knowledge of landscape construction techniques, grading, drainage, and irrigation.
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment as needed.
- Read and interpret blueprints and plans.
- Communicate effectively with clients and other members of the team.
- Ensure that all safety procedures are followed on job sites.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in landscape construction.
- Class AR license.
- Ability to lead and supervise a team of workers.
- Knowledge of landscape construction techniques, grading, drainage, and irrigation.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must have clean driving record

**Salary**: $28.00-$34.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- St. George Brant, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
