**We are looking for a full-time Exterior cleaner to join our team in Vancouver, BC.**

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Exterior Cleaners. As an Exterior Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the curb appeal and overall appearance of our clients' properties. You will be responsible for performing a variety of exterior cleaning tasks using specialized equipment and techniques to ensure the highest quality of service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform exterior cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including roofs, windows, walls, and outdoor surfaces.
- Operate pressure washers, power sprayers, and other cleaning equipment to effectively remove dirt, grime, mold, mildew, and other debris.
- Safely use cleaning agents and chemicals in accordance with company guidelines and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to execute cleaning projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Inspect and assess the condition of exterior surfaces, identifying any areas that require special attention or repairs.
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition at all times.
- Uphold strict safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, team members, and clients.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.

- Strong work ethic with a commitment to delivering quality results.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying areas in need of cleaning or repair.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning techniques and industry developments.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to reach job sites.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to follow instructions closely.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
