**JOB SUMMARY**:
The Customs Specialist Consulting acts as a member of the project team by assisting with the timely and accurate completion of complex technical information and by researching Custom Regulation as required for consulting projects. This role reports to the Project Manager.

**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Research and respond to moderately complex requests for information in a professional manner.
- Perform simple, routine tariff classification.
- Review customs documentation and verify for accuracy and proper completion. Elevate complex problems to the Technical Analyst or Project Coordinator/Manager.
- Prioritize and complete work according to project demands, customs requirements and Livingston standards.
- Participate in on-the-job training for the less experienced members of the team, including Customs Analysts and Consulting Clerks.
- Research Customs Regulations as required and report findings to the Technical Analyst.
- Participate fully with other team members in the day-to-day operation of the team, including setting priorities, organizing and scheduling work, coordinating with others, problem solving and decision making, participating in meetings and handling projects.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Adhere to established policies and procedures.

**WORK EXPERIENCE - MINIMUM REQUIRED**:

- 3 years of related experience**EDUCATION**:
