Primary Purpose of Position

Reporting to the Maintenance Foreman, you will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of maintenance of Sinopec’s rotating equipment and E&I systems in the Drayton Valley/Warburg area.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure maintenance activities meet industry regulatory guidelines and are in compliance with Sinopec’s corporate safety procedures.
- Review work requests, prioritize work, and assign technicians to complete
- Create and finalize work orders in
- Work with operations groups to plan and execute facility turnarounds, while completing SiteView reports and cost tracking.
- Provide communication to field operators, Foreman, Production Operations Manager and operations on the status of preventative maintenance programs and track annual plans and
- Work closely with field operations and provide guidance and timely service when required for maintenance
- Work closely with the Facilities and Asset Integrity team (Calgary) to assist in preparing and maintaining the budget for maintenance
- Assist in development of maintenance system to monitor equipment maintenance
- Sourcing of major parts and supplies for operations and maintenance
- Suggest improvement strategies to reduce costs and implement new approaches when
- Support the reporting documentation requirements necessary to manage the safety, OPEX, and compliance duties associated with the
- Complete monthly reports on various maintenance

Position Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Experience working with and understanding of field operations, rotating equipment, compressor panels, plant and well control systems, SCADA, fire and gas
- Comprehensive understanding of the safety aspects of oil and gas equipment, such as recognize hazards, faulty equipment or potential risks for
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and obligation to adhere to work safe policies and
- Experience with using CMMS programs and Oplii system is
- Possess strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, but also have the autonomy to work independently.
- Detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, and able to establish goals and objectives within designated time Ability to problem solve and effectively identify issues to develop and implement solutions for
- Display a high-level of integrity in all actions, complying with and promoting the company’s core values, a respectful

**Qualifications**:

- Alberta Journeyman in an applicable trade is preferred, strong operational/planning experience will be
- 5-10 years Journeyman experience in an oilfield related trade
- 10-15 years of operating experience in Oil & Gas
- Valid Class 5-GDL license with a clean driving
- Valid certification in H2S and First Aid is Must be legally entitled to work in
