Carlson Engineered Composites is a leader in the Manufacturing of fiber-reinforced plastic septic & custom tanks.

Position Requirements

: the ability to work safely with resins, catalysts, fiber glass strand mat & reinforced roving

:the ability to laminate layers of mat and roving to mandrels & molds.

: mandrel & mold maintenance.

: the ability to work in a team environment.

: the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.

: follow all company safety regulations.

: maintain a clean working environment.

: the ability to work at heights (10'-12').

:the ability to qualify and wear specific respirators & fresh air supplied masks.

:layout and dimensional verifications.

: grade 12 or equivalent is preferred.

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Winnipeg, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

- composite chop operator: 1 year (preferred)
