We are looking for multiple Dog Handlers to join our team. We're offering full-time and part-time positions, but seeking permanent staff. This is a physical and high pace job that requires attention to detail, multi-tasking, keeping calm under pressure, and efficient communication. Our Dog Ranch staff is a dedicated, hard-working group with a passion for our pups, and we hope to welcome you to our team. If we know you're ready to commit to the job, we will do our best to assist you in finding housing on the island.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the wellness of dogs by administering correct medications and food servings
- Maintaining a clean facility for dog's health and safety
- Observing and recording dog behaviour
- Using intuitive online software "Gingr" to communicate dog behaviour and reservations
- Driving off property to pick up and drop off dogs

Job Details:

- Shift time: 7:30am - 4:30pm with a required 1hr break
- 1-2 "night let out" shifts a week, 7:30pm - 8:30pm
- In house training is provided
- We're open 365 days a year, and stat holidays are our busiest times
- Pay is competitive for industry standards based on previous job experience
- Dog care experience IS required, but this includes previous or current dog ownership, unprofessional dog walking or dog sitting, or volunteer work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 - 40 per week
