**Position Summary... **:The Fashion Associate will provide customer service by processing and stocking all fashion merchandise and maintaining cleanliness on the salesfloor and in the backroom area. This will be accomplished by maintaining merchandising standards, accurate modular integrity and accurate signage all in a safe and clean environment. This Associate will function as part of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and operational functions. This team will also take the lead role in executing all seasonal guide sets and Home Office bought features.

**What you'll do...**:
1. Provide excellent customer service by greeting all customers in a polite and courteous manner, assisting customers by promoting products and services, as well as identifying merchandise and making purchasing decisions, resolving customer issues and escalating concerns when appropriate.
2. Contribute to a safe, clean and secure work environment by adhering to Company guidelines and procedures, including completing safety scan logs and ensuring that displays and modules are safe.
3. Process and stock all items in the clothing department.
4. Keep the sales floor clean and tidy for the customer.
5. Market clothing outside of modules.
6. Ensure appropriate displays and supplies are used and replaced as required.
7. Use the display indicated on the module (i.e., promotional posters).
8. Ensure that seasonal products are stored and marketed in a timely manner. ‎
