**We are **growing and **looking for a Service Advisor****

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Service Advisor.

**Who are we?**

Motor Werke is an independent European workshop located in the beautiful Okanagan Valley with 9 service bays and over 20 of the best team members (and dogs) anyone could ask for. We pride ourselves in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organised shop, and giving our people the opportunity to work with all types of brands and build on their skills through a variety of training options.

**The Position**:
As a Service Advisor, you will be an integral part of our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and you will be the bridge between our customers and the technical team. You will educate customers on their vehicle's needs, provide solutions and ensure seamless service experience from start to finish.

**Responsibilities**:

- Listen attentively to customers' concerns and vehicle issues, documenting details accurately.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers about required services and repairs.
- Generate detailed estimates, clearly explaining the scope of work and associated costs.
- Schedule service appointments, coordinating with the service team to ensure efficient workflow.

Keep customers informed of their vehicle's status during the service process, addressing any changes promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of service orders, customer interactions and vehicle history.

Strive to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical customers.
- Customer-focused attitude and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with automotive terminology and basic technical concepts is preferred but not required.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

1+ years experience in a customer service role.
