**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the technology department, including software development/engineer teams and technical resources.
- Drive the development of scalable and efficient software solutions that meet the needs of our business and clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their potential impact on our business and products.
- Oversee the development and implementation of best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and protocols, and implement measures to safeguard company data and systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record of leadership and management in a technology-driven environment.
- Expertise in technical architecture, including microservices and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in cloud computing platforms, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Experience with Kubernetes, Linux, and automation tools.
- Familiarity with business analysis, budgeting, and IT strategy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $90,000.00-$130,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
